Fulfillment Associate II
Position Description: The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for various fulfillment operations including pull/pack/ship, repackaging and assembly of printed material, merchandise, and food products (shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated). Level II Associates provide high level versatility and knowledge within both operations and systems with primary focus placed on accuracy (item identification, pull/pack counts) and productivity (speed and amount of goods and orders processed). Experience: This position requires at least 3 years of experience working in fast-paced fulfillment operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution). High School diploma or equivalent is required. The Fulfillment Associate Level II is also required to have significant experience working with warehouse management systems. Position Guidelines: • Uses WMS system to track work • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Ability work overtime on short notice as needed • Work independently to follow established processes and procedures • Work at TMR distribution center as needed Skills Required: • General Computer Skills (WMS user, scanning, typing) • Good organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong understanding of system and process • Ability to solve intermediate problems • Strong safety awareness • Ability to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks, etc.) • Basic Math Skills • Fulfillment (picking, packing and shipping) of orders • Production of frozen food samples • Receiving and put away of product and material • Safe and Sanitary production of food samples • Accurate and on-time fulfillment of orders • Accurate and on-time receipt and put away of inbound product and material • Must have the ability to work in industrial freezers • Knowledge of food production and lot control • Must be able to lift 75 pounds • Prefer experience in Receiving and Warehouse • High School Graduate • Food handling experience • HACCP or Servsafe training preferred Skills Desired: • Fulfillment experience in either E-commerce or Retail • Experience in Receiving and/or Inventory Control • Experience with Quality Control practices
Receiving Associate II
Position Description: The Receiving Associate II primary responsible is for the accurate, expedient, and safety ensured unloading, verifying, stocking, and inventory control of all freight and parcel. Additional responsibilities includes transporting (driving) material and fulfilling responsibilities at two facilities. Experience: This position requires at least 2 years of experience working in fast-paced multi-client fulfillment operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution). The Receiving Associate II is also required to have experience working with warehouse management systems and performance time tracking applications. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Position Guidelines: • Approximately 85% of position is standing verifying shipments and 15% is sitting driving tow motor and company vehicle • Unloading trucks, receipt processing, and stocking of material • Working under pressure to meet deadlines • Work overtime on short notice as needed • Use Warehouse Management Systems to data enter receipts • Utilizing company vehicle on interoffice and material delivery • Support both IMT and TMR Distribution Centers in order fulfillment and production as needed Skills Required: • Strong Receiving process knowledge • Strong Math and Computer Skills (Scanning, Typing, Navigation) • Strong Organizational skills • Strong focus on Accuracy and Consistency • Strong understanding of Unit of Measure conversions • Ability to work independently and problem solve • Strong safety awareness • Certified to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Stretch wrapper, Pallet Jacks, Chop saw etc.) • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Clean Driving Record Skills Desired: • Understanding of order fulfillment and inventory Control • Experience working in manufacturing and/or distribution • Experience using various Units of Measure, Lot Control, and FIFO
Driver / Courier
Position Description: The Driver / Courier is responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of mail, stocked material, and personnel. Experience: • Verified good driving record required • High School diploma or equivalent is required • Prior delivery / courier experience preferred • USPS bulk mail delivery and PO Box pickup experience preferred Position Guidelines: • Safely load and unload material • Safely drive a sprinter van • Follow printed and verbal instruction • Independently adhere to schedule and agile to change as requested • Document mileage and transactions • Lift, carry, and transport material to hand-delivery locations • Work overtime on short notice as needed • Maintain clean and organized vehicle • Provide support role in receiving area when not driving Skills Required: • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Strong safety awareness • Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand-truck, carts • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Basic Math Skills Skills Desired: • Ability to operate forklift
